How do our customers experience our performance

In 1994 we assigned an independent organization to continually monitor and research the Customer Satisfaction about our performance. This survey among our customers is still being done and covers criteria’s such as quality in pick-up, delivery processes, administration, customer service, the driver, etc.

A short inquiry can be filled in any time you wish to help us monitoring our performance. This short enquiry can be filled in anonymously and helps us to improve our performances. We very much appreciate your participation which naturally is voluntary.
