Currently we are looking for:
AIR CHARTER SPECIALIST (M/F)
Within our Premium Air Department, the Air Charter Specialist is responsible for (inter)national air-transport orders that need to be executed within a (customer) specified timeframe with the aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and organise air-transport, mainly dedicated charters
- Provide quotations, planning, booking and co-ordinating the operation of chartered (cargo) aircraft
- Arranging handling and ground transport, from initial enquiry to delivery
- Communicate with customers, aircraft operators and air-freight companies
- Monitors and controls air-transport orders
- Co-ordinates and exchanges information with the several departments

Executes administrative activities.
Requirements:
- Operational and commercial experience in air freight or general aviation
- Comprehensive knowledge of customs clearance procedures and documentation
- Knowledge of Air charter, NFO and OBC
- Customer Service mentality
- (Near) native speaking English
- Good communication skills
- Commercial talent
