Operations South Department - Portuguese native
Currently we are looking for a:
ASSISTANT TRAFFIC CONTROL (M/F) - PORTUGUESE NATIVE
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the position is the optimal planning of fleet. You are the link between the offices in Portugal and Maastricht - Airport. You work within the Operations department with close interaction with colleagues from the departments North and South and our office in Portugal.
- Dispatching of orders to fleet contacts
- Maintain contact with drivers throughout transit
- 2nd point of contact for drivers and fleet contacts (primary contact is the office in Portugal)
- Optimize the organization of transport
- Deal with various requests from the Customer Service department
- Possible expansion of above activities for Spain
Requirements:
You have completed your education at the Dutch MBO/MBO+ level (or recognized equivalent) and have relevant working experience. You master the Portuguese and Spanish language verbally and in writing and master one other European language. English is the company language.
