Currently we are looking for a:
AGENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS (M/F) - FRENCH, ITALIAN
Job description:
- Looking after transportation orders
- Maintain direct contact with existing and potential clients
-
Make calculations for proposals by means of an in-house computer system
-
Planning the orders and monitoring the shipment from A to Z
-
Maintain regular contact with client and transporter during the shipment
-
Deal with all administrative process as a result of the above mentioned actions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a customer oriented approach
- Higher vocational education level (equivalent to Dutch MBO / MBO+ level)
- Some years of experience in the field of transportation planning.
- Language skills both verbal and in writing in French and Italian (English is the company language)
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Able to hand over an actual certificate of good conduct
