We are currently looking for a:

Agent Customer Service & Operations (France-Italy-Spain)

Job description:

·  Looking after transportation orders
·  Maintain direct contact with existing and potential clients
·  Make calculations for proposals by means of an in-house computer system
·  Planning the orders and monitoring the shipment from A to Z
·  Maintain regular contact with client and transporter during the shipment
·  Deal with all administrative process as a result of the above mentioned actions.

Requirements:

·  Excellent communication skills with a customer oriented approach
·  Higher vocational education level (equivalent to Dutch MBO / MBO+ level)
·  Some years of experience in the field of transportation planning.
·  Language skills both verbal and in writing in French – Italian - Spanish (English is the company language)
·  Willing to work in shifts.
·  Able to hand over an actual certificate of good conduct
